Penzance Point Residence

Traditional New England architecture is reinterpreted in this modern residence located near Woods Hole, Massachusetts. Large expanses of glass lead to outdoor terraces and down to the boat dock. Architecture is integrated with the landscape features and views are focused on the water. Subtle exterior night lighting allow the occupants to take full advantage of many evening outdoor activities Ambient, accent and task lighting systems are combined with daylight in support of the architecture. Lighting controls are designed to support multiple activities and scenes. The control system also saves energy and increase the level of flexibility and comfort for the Home Owners.
