199 Pearl

Carney Logan Burke Architects used New Urbanism principals in the development of this 22,000 square foot loft project. Decorative lighting and accent lighting were installed to highlight the home owner’s extensive art collection. Low voltage track lighting and pendant ambient lighting was integrated with the interior finishes. A simple kit of parts and a lighting control system makes the lighting easy to maintain.
