Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Headquarters

Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Exterior ViewThis 22,000 sq. ft. office building achieved LEED Platinum Certification using an integrated design approach that focused on Sustainability. The form of the building took on function to facilitate passive cooling and daylight autonomy, eliminating the need for electric light during the day. The careful use, integration, and control of daylight, along with high reflectance interior surfaces, help create an efficient, high quality visual environment. Carefully detailed and integrated electric light sources highlight the building’s architecture. Reduced electric loads and lighting controls further advance energy efficiency, while providing users control over their workspace. Full cut off exterior parking area and pedestrian luminaires use warm LED light sources that minimize energy use while limiting light pollution and light trespass.
